Conditions 

Payment
A deposit of 33% of the total cost, including supplements where applicable and subject to a minimum of 80.00 euros, is required on booking and the balance payable 42 days(6 weeks) prior to arrival date. If a booking is made within 42 days (6 weeks) of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
A security deposit against damage is required, this is payable when you arrive. A receipt will be given to you. This will be refunded at the end of your stay provided that there are no damage and that the accommodation is left reasonably clean and tidy.


Cancellation Charges
If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:
More than 42 days Deposit forfeited
22-42 days 60% forfeited
8-21 days 75% forfeited
Less than 8 days 100% forfeited
